We're recruiting a small cohort — five schools, total — to run Dismissal for a semester and shape the product with their feedback. One campus, one semester, the full product. If it isn't working at the end, you walk.
The full product, on one campus.
Pilot schools run the full product. The same Dismissal you'll sign for at renewal is what you evaluate during the pilot.
One campus
Most pilots run on a single elementary or middle-school campus where pickup is the slowest. Multi-campus pilots are available for districts when it makes sense.
One semester
Long enough to cover real weather, staff changes, and late buses. Short enough to evaluate without a long commitment.
The full product
Camera, plate match, live cards, family roster, audit log, and exports. All features are included.
A real evaluation
At the end, you decide. We provide the data, the audit log, and a one-page summary of pickup times before and during the pilot.
Three commitments.
We handle the rest. A pilot doesn't require new hardware procurement, IT budget approvals, or a long integration project.
A point of contact
A single named staff member (usually an assistant principal or operations lead) we can email when something needs a decision.
A roster export
One CSV or an SIS connection so we can preload families before day one. Takes the front office about 30 minutes.
One training afternoon
30–45 minutes with the staff running pickup duty. In person or video, whichever fits your calendar.
